Cathy Hundley
Sergeant

Sergeant Hundley started her career in law enforcement in 1987, working as an intern for the Lombard Police Department. She became a Police Officer for the Addison Police Department in October of 1987, where she worked on several undercover drug cases with the Investigations Unit. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Law Enforcement Justice Administration from Western Illinois University in 1987 and her Master’s degree in Criminal Social Justice from Lewis University in 2002.

In 1993, Sergeant Hundley was assigned to the Investigations Unit and then the Crime Prevention Unit in 2001. She was certified in all components of D.A.R.E. and was a Crime Prevention Officer, a Fitness Instructor, AED/CPR Instructor, Recruiter for Police Officers, and the Crime Free Multi-Housing Accreditation Manager. In 2007, she was the CALEA Accreditation Manager and the Public Information Officer.

Sergeant Hundley was promoted to Sergeant in February 2008.
