Delores Temes
Lead Telecommunicator, Communications

 Delores Temes has been a 911 telecommunicator with the Addison Police Department for 15 years. She grew up in Addison and graduated from Addison Trail High School in 1983. She received her Associates degree from Benedictine University in 2008. She is continuing her education and is currently working toward her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration at Benedictine University.

Delores was appointed Lead Telecommunicator in 2009 and serves as a front-line supervisor to the Communications Section.

She is a Communications Training Officer, as well as a certified APCO (Association of Public Safety Communications Officials) instructor. Delores assists with the hiring procedure for the Communications Section and has developed training curricula. She is an instructor for the Citizen's Police Academy.
