NARRATIVE:  Officer was dispatched to Shell Gas Station for a suspicious subject, possibly flashing gang signs, later reclassified as Assault, Mob Action, and Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by Minor.  Victim was approached by Amparan, Despasquale, Ricardo, and Garcia, who were indicating gang membership.  Amparan and Despasquale engaged in a verbal altercation with victim. Depasquale threatened victim with a baseball bat.  All four subjects had an odor of an alcoholic beverage on their breaths.  Amparan, Garcia, and Ricardo submitted to PBT, which indicated alcohol consumption.  Amparan and Despasquale were arrested and charged with Mob Action, Assault, and Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a minor.  Both were processed and released on  I-bonds.  Ricardo and Garcia were arrested and charged with Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by minor and received compliance citations.  After being processed, they were released.
