WELCOME!

The Henry J. Hyde Resource Center located at 199 Michael Lane provides services day and night at the direction of the Director of the Addison Police. The Henry Hyde Resource Center has a large community room for multiple uses including classroom instruction, meetings or seminars. The computer training room has 13 computer stations. The Addison Police Department has a satellite office located at the Center to assist local residents as needed. Crime Prevention Officers work actively with the After School Program and camps on a daily basis.

THE HENRY HYDE CENTER HISTORY

In 1999, the Addison Police Department began offering After School programming as well as summer, spring and winter camps for the children in the area. Through grant opportunities, the Village of Addison began construction of the Henry Hyde Resource Center in October of 2006. The doors opened on September 21, 2007.
